  Popped in here today to get a valuation on a handbag. I was a bit wary as I expected it be a bit stuck up, but I couldn't have been more wrong! The young woman at the desk explained that they had a bit of a backlog and suggested I might want to go for a coffee and return in half an hour, which I did. On my return I waited for about ten minutes to be seen, and it took about another ten minutes for them to value the bag. They were so pleasant, and happy to explain everything to me. The price they give you is fixed for two weeks, which I think is great. They make a bank transfer or give you a credit note, which in my case was about £100 more than the cash value but can only be used in the shop. Definitely recommended for the lovely, down to earth staff alone.

  Great shop! Staff were so friendly! Elisha showed me some nice wallets and jewellery. Will definitely be coming back

  Great experience visiting the store. Sot made us feel very welcome and is so knowledgeable! Small space but the staff makes atmosphere great.

  I’ve Just bought a Chanel Bag from Designer Exchange .. They didn’t have the one I wanted in the Newcastle store so they said they would let me know if it was in one of the other stores. Within 1 week they were back in touch, and I had my bag. The service was so easy and everyone was great. I Will definitely be going back to buy my future bags..
