Lara, Sot and all the staff I’ve interacted with here are superb. Very helpful, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of items is great, my only problem is I want to buy half the shop!
- KKKieranSep 17, 20265.0The service was great from the moment entering the store to leaving, i visited the store to get a bag priced and potentially selling, the advisor who helped was really nice and explained everything in detail, I couldn’t remember his name but the guy was really polite & made it a pleasant experience overall all the staff were very kind on Saturday (12/09/26). No smile, barely made eye contact, with this dismissive, almost condescending attitude — like she was doing me a favor by talking to me at all. The customer service was shockingly bad. Honestly can’t reconcile this experience with all the 5-star reviews. Won’t be going back.
