The lady security guard shouted “stop” at us loudly and aggressively, as if we had stolen something or were running away. This was in front of my two children ages 5 and 2, which was very upsetting. I showed my receipts immediately, but the way we were treated was still unacceptable. The alarm has gone off for other customers before, yet we were the ones shouted at. Very disappointing experience for a long-time customer. Better respect and communication is needed, especially around families.
