I had been engaging with Colin Hogarth exchanging emails and phone calls regarding the watch where he was professional and helpful throughout. Upon entering the shop, it was clear you were in a premium space to which my dad and I were treated as such. Colin met us both and we took a seat waiting for Colin to bring the watch for us to look at. We exchanged conversation (mainly about watches) whilst we adjusted the watch on my wrist and after a few attempts (my fault, not Colin’s) the watch fits perfectly with room to adjust on the bracelet as required. The retail experience upon entering to sitting down with Colin, to leaving with the watch was first class. My dad and I wish to convey our sincere thanks to Colin for making the purchase as seamless and as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend to anyone to engage with any of the staff within Northern Goldsmiths and you will not be disappointed, thanks again Colin for all your help and assistance.
