- IGILTP GmailJun 25, 20261.0Unfortunately, my experience at this store was very disappointing. The staff were blunt and came across as rude when I asked for assistance. While I was at the till, the manager with the long brown hair appeared to be making comments to other members of staff about me, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I also witnessed the same manager making what seemed to be judgmental comments to colleagues about another customer's clothing, which I found very unprofessional. It created an unpleasant atmosphere and made me feel that customers were being talked about rather than helped. Customer service should make people feel welcome and respected. Sadly, I won't be returning to this store and will shop elsewhere in future. I do have to wonder what happened to the previous management team. They were always friendly, approachable and made shopping here a pleasant experience. The difference is really noticeable.
