My wedding ring has had 3 diamonds fall out since and the resolution to this from Goldsmiths was paying £25 to have it sent off for repair as they couldn't give an estimate, which I understood, but upon the rings arrival I'm told I need a whole new one making for £1635 when my original ring cost £900. The email received was as though this was great news for me and I'm still sat in disbelief and really quite heartbroken. Why has my ring broken so soon in the first place and how does that costing make any sense at all!? Save yourself the disappointment and please go elsewhere.

Staff were not welcoming, had a face on like coloured people not wanted there. 2 members of staff were not with customers, and could of come to assist us but was ignored. Walked past the shop after buying a ring in another job and saw only white customers being served. Such disgusting racist shop. Goldsmiths your staff at this store need further training or you will continue to lose customers.
