- UUUserApr 7, 20261.0This morning at 7.45am I came across a extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist, who was unwilling to tell me if an item was in stock, she said she doesn't have time, to check, and I'm disrupting her day. The staff here are appalling and never update website and give incorrect information. This receptionist gave poor customer service especially if she's supposed to greet and help customers. I'm a regular customer. Won't be shopping here again. Parfetts is so so professional and always willing to help.

The staff behaviour was beyond unacceptable — rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. We came in for one simple reason: to open an account and buy containers. Instead, we were met with hostility, attitude, and a shocking lack of basic customer service. There was no attempt to help us, no clear communication, and no respect shown whatsoever. We were spoken to in a condescending, dismissive manner, made to feel unwelcome, and treated as though our presence was an inconvenience rather than customers ready to spend money. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, embarrassing, and a total waste of our time. What made it worse is that this behaviour came not just from regular staff, but from someone claiming to be a regional manager — which says everything about how poorly this business is run. There was also a girl sitting next to him with red hair and glasses acting just as rude as the manager, should get fired if you can’t treat customers with respect. If this is the example being set from the top, then the standards here are clearly non-existent. They didn’t just lose a sale today — they lost our business permanently. If you value your time, money, or basic respect, go elsewhere. Shockingly bad service, appalling attitudes, and zero understanding of how to treat customers. Avoid at all costs. Really disappointed
