  A special experience from the moment you walk through the door. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful without being overbearing. We were introduced to Joseph who sat us down and listened to our requirements, and showed us what was available. We were able to take our time, and eventually we decided on the best watch for my son. Joseph took us through every detail we needed to know, followed up with an emailed receipt and contact details for future purchases or service. Very professional and reassuring, we thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience. They have a customer for life. Highly recommended for that luxury purchase.

  I recently purchased my second watch through DMR. Very pleased with the overall experience from my initial email inquiry with Jackie to my purchasing experience with Victoria. All the staff was very welcoming to deal with. Victoria even took the time to show me some examples of rings I am considering for the future. I also received a bottle of Champagne which was a nice touch. Overall great experience I would highly recommend.

  I visited the Liverpool showroom recently, and although there are many jewellery shops in the city centre, this experience really stood out from the moment I walked in. As soon as I entered, I felt such a genuine warmth and welcome that I immediately knew I wanted to invest in something special. The girls in the showroom were absolutely lovely, and Marlie was especially helpful. She made the whole experience feel personal, relaxed, and enjoyable, with no pressure at all—just beautiful pieces and expert advice. I ended up choosing two new pieces for my collection, and I couldn’t be happier with them. It’s rare to find somewhere that combines luxury with such a friendly, inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone looking for something truly special.

  I went to the Liverpool store wanting to purchase a luxury timepiece for myself and my partner and we are both so glad that we chose David M. Robinson. The expertise, knowledge and patience shown by both Wanda & Callum was exceptional. They treated us both like absolute royalty and we came away with one timepiece purchased and another on order. I would not go anywhere else to purchase watches and / or jewellery and if I could leave a six star review I would.
