  I recently made a purchase at H.Samuel in Meadowhall and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The store had such a lovely atmosphere, and the level of professionalism and care from the staff was outstanding. A special thank you to Holly, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. Holly took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions with genuine care, and made the whole experience feel relaxed, personal, and enjoyable. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine nowadays, and H.Samuel truly sets a high standard. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Thank you again to Holly and the whole team at H.Samuel Meadowhall for such a wonderful shopping experience — I’ll definitely be returning and recommending the store to others!

  Had my ears pierced today, second holes in my lobes. Jess D was lovely, very professional, she explained everything, answered my questions around further piercings advised on the best earrings to suit me and took time to go through the aftercare with me. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

  Jess D was very professional whilst I was getting my anklet welded. She held a good conversation throughout the entire experience. She introduced herself in a friendly way, and I was being very fussy with the kind of anklet I wanted and she brought different styles out for me. I was surprised that H Samuel offer this service as other welding companies don’t offer anklets and being a nurse I’m not able to have a welded bracelet. Overall, 5/5 service from Jess D and Aysha ! Would deffo recommend this store at Meadowhall.

  My service today was brilliant by Aysha, she really is the go to lady if you ever need help/advice/opinion in the Meadowhall Sheffield store. I ordered 2 lockets through click and collect for a family function the following day, but purchase email said had to wait 4 days (I ordered from this store because items were in stock and said within 4 hours of purchase would be ready) so I called the shop up. I explained this to Aysha, the confusion, it not being right etc, she explained the process and nicely replied with i had to wait. So I did and called again a couple of hours later as adviced. Still nothing at their end so Aysha said to call customer service with this issue. So i did and even the Customer service was also very helpful. I gave my order number explained the same to her and within a few minutes she was on the phone to the store to discuss a solution or the mishap and why. It was the easiest customer service call I've ever had. Now I can settle knowing i will have some very happy relatives at this said function. Customer service then returned to my call and told me it was all sorted, fixed and it was ready when I was. I was also advised to ask for Aysha when I collected my purchases. Once i was in the store i requested Aysha and she was even greater then. Aysha I told you in store why I needed these 2 lockets and you smiled and was so excited for me, understood the urgency. The fact you sorted this before knowing why makes me appreciate your service so much more. Not many people like you, or do what you did today and for a stranger too. I cant thank you enough. Amazing how little things like that can makes someone's day, and you did just that. Every store needs an Aysha. Keep being you girl 👌👑

  My husband and I have finally decided to pierce our ears. We were a bit nervous not knowing what to expect - first piercing for my hubby and 2nd for me. Amy came to our rescue. She was absolutely incredible explaining and carrying out the process. It was virtually painless. We felt very comfortable and at ease with Amy. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind person. We were very impressed how Amy’s recommendation of piercing location was so accurate and spot on!! My hubby and I both love the result! Well done H Samuel team recruiting amazing people like Amy. We were also impressed with the store - a great selection of jewellery options both for males and females. Thank you HS team! Thank you!
