  Was wanting to purchase a watch for our daughter's 16th. The whole experience was straightforward in Ernest Jones. Time to browse and then when we came to deciding, picked 2 to try on. The team member was really helpful, friendly and didn't push. Was more than happy to put to one side whilst we went to a couple of other shops to check she was happy with choice. She sorted fit and seemed genuinely keen to ensure she was happy with choice and fit. A truly enjoyable experience which ended with a happy teenager, win! I didn't get her name but it says team member 39 on the receipt, thank you!

  Went here with my partner to look at rings and get sized up, and we had a really great experience. The staff member who helped us was amazing( I believe their name was Tom) —super friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, which made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. They had a lovely selection of designs to browse through, with something to suit different styles and preferences. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. Hopefully my partner will come back here when the time comes to choose my engagement ring! I’d definitely recommend this jeweller to anyone looking for quality pieces and excellent customer service.

  Served by a very helpful and friendly staff member today. Good selection of jewellery in a wide price range and some brilliant bargains in the sale. All items beautifully packaged, irrespective of their price.
