  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ TK Maxx is one of my favourite shops because you can always find a bargain. Every visit is different, with a huge range of designer brands, clothing, footwear, homeware, luggage, and gifts at prices well below the normal retail cost. The excitement is never knowing what you’ll discover, and if you enjoy hunting for quality items at great prices, it’s hard to beat. I’ve found some amazing deals over the years on brands I wouldn’t normally buy at full price. The stores are usually well stocked, staff are friendly, and there’s something for every budget. Whether you’re shopping for yourself, your home, or looking for a gift, it’s always worth popping in. A great place to save money without compromising on quality. I almost always leave with a bargain!

  The customer service was terrible, especially the older woman with black hair and glasses. It couldn’t have been made any more obvious that my son and I were being treated as if we were about to steal something. We were followed around the store the entire time, and that woman kept circling around us wherever we went. Towards the end, she shouted across the store telling me not to spray the oils, and then continued standing there staring at me as if I had done something terribly wrong. I immediately put the oils back and went to the checkout, even though I had been planning to buy one of them. When I got to the till, she seemed surprised and asked, “You’re not taking any of them?” I replied, “No.” I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I work in customer service myself, and I cannot imagine treating any customer the way she treated me. I will never be returning to this store again.

  I have been a loyal customer for seven years and have always had good experiences with the employees but it seems that since they had a new manager the atmosphere is not so good anymore. Yesterday at 4:53 PM I was harassed by the store manager who insisted on sending me to the cash registers at every step I took. When I told her that at 5:00 PM I would be outside the store and not to worry about me she did not seem to listen to me at all but continued to send me aggressively and authoritatively to the cash registers telling me that I would not have time to pay. I assured her that I would leave the product in the store and leave in that case, to which she asked me for the product. I told her no and she called security to get me out. I repeat this at 4:53 PM, 7 minutes before closing time and I was already near to approach the tile. Is this normal behavior for a store manager who is working in such a high reputation retail store?To have such an aggressive, impolite attitude and make customers feel humiliated? Unfortunately this was not the first time and I was not the only one. I would surely spend my time and money somewhere else after this disappointing experience.
