  I came in today with my partner to ask for some advice about how to care for my new 30th birthday present - a necklace which was delivered to me yesterday that had unfortunately been scratched in transit when it had become loose in the box . Chelsea served me and was absolutely exceptional! She went above and beyond to ensure I had all the best advice on how to care for it, she helped advise me with the alterations I will need and was extremely patient with finding out what day was best to get it delivered to me . Nothing was too much trouble , she was very friendly , knowledgeable and polite, she even offered me a drink ! This is exactly the level of service that makes a person feel special . I think she deserves to be recognised for this ! I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders , knowing my necklace is in good hands and I will be able to soon wear it ! Thank you Chelsea you are a star 🌟

  Bracalet which has been worn about 5 times has gone a really strange colour should be solid silver looks like lead? Spoke with the customer team, I can take it to london manchester or Birmingham i live nowhere near any of those locations, do not go for this luxury! As its far from luxury go for a more robust jewelry establishment

  Went in to get the clasp on a bracelet fixed, Andre fixed it in 2 seconds no questions asked. Nice bloke!

  A disappointing experience for what was actually a lovely & thoughtful gift. My sister who lives in Australia ordered me the Tiffany Notes pendant online for my birthday which was greatly received on the 5th June. On opening however, I was really disappointed in the colour of the sterling silver chain, it was very tarnished and almost gold in colour. I contacted Tiffany customer support today who were very unsympathetic and said it was because of the heatwave, which started after I received it so go figure. I’ve been advised by them to get it cleaned. I wore two birthday necklaces together today for the first time and the smaller Monica Vinader one looks as it should, new. Very disappointed with the look and very disappointed with the customer service response.
