Spoke with the customer team, I can take it to london manchester or Birmingham i live nowhere near any of those locations, do not go for this luxury! As its far from luxury go for a more robust jewelry establishment

My sister who lives in Australia ordered me the Tiffany Notes pendant online for my birthday which was greatly received on the 5th June. On opening however, I was really disappointed in the colour of the sterling silver chain, it was very tarnished and almost gold in colour. I contacted Tiffany customer support today who were very unsympathetic and said it was because of the heatwave, which started after I received it so go figure. I’ve been advised by them to get it cleaned. I wore two birthday necklaces together today for the first time and the smaller Monica Vinader one looks as it should, new. Very disappointed with the look and very disappointed with the customer service response.
