    Really disappointing experience at Selfridges Manchester. I returned a Victoria Beckham Beauty brush the day after buying it because after one use it felt extremely harsh and scratchy on my face. Even the sales assistant initially acknowledged that the brush felt scratchy. The issue was how it was handled by the manager, Joel. He was rude, condescending, dismissive and spoke to me with a level of disrespect that was completely unnecessary. He refused the return on “hygiene” grounds without properly explaining why he thought the brush was of satisfactory quality, wouldn’t compare it with another brush, and refused to put the decision in writing when asked. For a store that positions itself as premium, the customer service was anything but. I won’t be shopping here again, and after this experience it’s not hard to see why so much of the store seems to end up on sale.

    目前经历过最差的服务来自Selfridges ,今天下午我和我的弟弟在1层男装部分购物,我弟弟看中了一件羽绒服,然而羽绒服带锁,我们没办法自己试穿,于是我找到了一名工作人员W,他告诉我他不能离开那个区域,让我去找其他人试衣服。我找到了另一名M,他要求我弟弟必须把衣服挂回去并且拉上拉链像陈列一样他才打开锁,我弟弟将衣服挂回去,M又摇头很不高兴我弟弟没有讲拉链拉好。然而在我弟弟试外套时,W在另一个顾客要求帮忙打开衣服锁的时候离开了他所谓不能离开的区域。 从没见过如此mean的导购,作为一个luxury 品牌的导购,过来要求顾客自己挂衣服,区别对待顾客。没有任何微笑,问候,甚至是否要购买等。 极其糟糕的遭遇,在Selfridges 已经消费很多年,最垃圾的体验。我有理由怀疑他们是种族主义者,垃圾的服务。

    The two Chinese shop assistants at Jellycat were very rude and unhelpful. They spent most of the time chatting to each other in their own language and ignored customers. It felt unwelcoming and left a bad impression of the store. Very disappointing experience.

    Went on a shopping trip and had the best time. All my favourite brands all in one place. Staff where amazing and couldn't do enough for me.

    What a throughly relaxing and well cared for experience my daughter and I had today at the Lancome area . We were greeted by lovely members of staff who all were interested in helping my daughter look great for an interview that afternoon and helping me get the best facial products that suited me personally , for a wedding coming up in Germany shortly . I want to thank all 3 for their dedication to making both of us feel special! Cheers
