  I visited the store to collect an online order. Having not done this before I asked Alex, who instantly stopped what he was doing and fetched the order. He was very helpful, friendly and polite so many thanks to Alex! The only downside to the visit was that there was only one till serving people who wished to pay by cash which meant there was a queue to pay, albeit a small one. It might be an idea for Matalan to have a self check-in for online orders (as per M&S) and also have one self-serve checkout that accepts cash.

  This store has the lowest standards ive ever seen of a clothing shop. The fitting rooms are disgusting. Clothes, dust, dirt, rubbish everywhere. Every changing room has clothes all over the floor. The tills look so untidy and the queues are awful need to till train staff properly. The staff look completely overworked and under rewarded, from someones whos a manager of a store i really hope they get paid enough for the state that store is in
