The watch was purchased as a surprise for my father’s 70th birthday, a milestone that means a great deal to our family. I wanted to find something truly special to mark the occasion, so it was important that the experience matched the significance of the gift. A special thank you to Sky, who has looked after me for several years now. Having purchased a number of watches through her over the years, I have always appreciated her professionalism, knowledge and genuine passion for watches. What I value most is the trust that has been built over time. Sky takes the time to understand what her clients are looking for, offers thoughtful advice and never makes the experience feel rushed or purely transactional. Having known Sky for a number of years, she immediately understood what I was looking for when I explained the occasion. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish, and most importantly, my father absolutely loved the watch. Thank you again to Sky and the team at Mappin & Webb for helping make such an important family occasion even more memorable. I look forward to returning in the future.
