  I went in on Sunday, I delt with Willem (I think that's how you spell his name) I looked at 2 different watches one of which I ended up purchasing,I had an unbelievable experience, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I felt zero pressure on me to purchase a watch, highly recommend

  Staff are very professional and polite, however that would be a basic expectation, buying an expensive new Rolex and it not having a warranty card was a surprise, promising 2 days and it would arrive seemed ok, no contact for weeks very bad, no acknowledgement or response from Watches of Switzerland, shocking, went back and got a refund, completely spoiled the experience, changed to 1 star as they add a comment to appear concerned but don't even acknowledge your email they asked me to send, customer service is not a thing, no response from 3 contacts, I will never step foot in a WOS buisness again, shocking, i imagine most things run smoothly, good job, the customers would be screwed if it wasn't reliable products they supplied

  I would like to mention the wonderful Alisha who helped myself, my sister and Mum explore a range of gold jewellery. Alisha was incredibly patient, attentive and knowledgeable. I had my 3 year old daughter with us and Alisha really took the time to engage with her, keep her distracted at times and made me feel completely at ease. Her customer service skills are fantastic, she is a real asset to your store. Thank you Alisha!

  Avoid the Tudor department at all costs. They have a lady in her 50s working there who is rude, sarcastic and in all a vile person. She's not interested in talking about the brand because (her words ) I only work 16 hours I don't care about that. You say what model you're interested in and get pointed to a picture of it. It's there. Well no thats a picture ( the model was in the window ) then when you say you don't like something ( again just being shown pictures) because of the dial colour. You get a sarcastic "if you say so " after that I walked out. I will make an appointment at DMR I won't have some part time staff that probably earns less a month than a watch strap costs talk down to me. Disgusting place
