- ASAkbar SarwarJul 14, 20255.0I visited the Manchester Arndale store on Saturday 12th July 2025 and spoke a gentleman to remove links from my watch. I was quoted a very reasonable price. When the work was completed I mentioned I was very pleased with their service from the day we purchased the watch 10 years earlier. Upon hearing this the gentleman didn't charge me at all and said it was part of their service which I was incredibly grateful for. I would highly recommend them to anyone as we also bought Platinum Diamond rings from them at the same time as the watch and they cleaned those for us free of charge some years ago.
