  Disgraceful service . Bought sunglasses worth over 500£ and had a fault with them was told 2-5 days service and it’s been 2 weeks with no reply’s . Hannah needs to do better with customer care .also treated me like some guy who can’t afford Dior after checking my account started offering me drinks . Sort it out Dior .

  Absolutely diabolical Service! I bought some brand-new B 30 trainers and literally within one week of Wearing them, one of the labels started to peel off. When I took them back, they totally refused me a refund as they evidently didn’t want to miss out on their huge profit margin! They instead insisted they had to be sent to their Atelier in France which took six weeks and their expert appraisal said it was normal wear and tear?!? I collected my unwearable trainers yesterday which have not even been repaired.! So now I’m in the hands of Solicitors and citizens advice to try and get a refund. Do not buy Dior B30 trainers as you will definitely regret it ! The quality is extremely poor as you can see in the photos.

  I called into the Dior boutique at the weekend as I am looking for my outfit for Royal Ascot. I felt compelled to write a review about Suzie. I was a little nervous about going into the boutique as I am in the early stages of buying my outfit and I want it to be extra special ,as we have been invited to the Royal Enclosure which is a huge deal to me as a Racing Fan . Suzie was welcoming, polite and kind. She explained all the different heel heights and styles and asked the relevant questions regarding the rest of my outfit . Suzie also showed me the most perfect bag to match the shoe. She the sent over all the details in a wish list to my email. I am still searching for the perfect dress as I am awaiting the spring / summer collections from some of my favourite designers to land. One thing I am sure of I will be buying my heels from Dior and from Suzie. She is a credit to the business and her knowledge and passion for the brand was clear to see. I usually shop online with Dior and usually for my OH Dior trainers ect. However I will always make the journey into Manchester now. See you soon .
