  Liars, I’m from London, had a business meeting in Manchester didn’t have time to go home in London and get clothes so went to Manchester in tracksuit and stopped at Selfridges to pick up some bits, I was in a rush so bought loads of stuff I asked Curtis if I didn’t wear these would I be able to get a refund in Selfridges London, he replied saying yes within 30 days and we left, turns out Dior’s policy is exchange only and within 14 days 😂 cherry on top is u can’t refund them in London either good one lad

  Disgraceful service . Bought sunglasses worth over 500£ and had a fault with them was told 2-5 days service and it’s been 2 weeks with no reply’s . Hannah needs to do better with customer care .also treated me like some guy who can’t afford Dior after checking my account started offering me drinks . Sort it out Dior .

  Absolutely diabolical Service! I bought some brand-new B 30 trainers and literally within one week of Wearing them, one of the labels started to peel off. When I took them back, they totally refused me a refund as they evidently didn’t want to miss out on their huge profit margin! They instead insisted they had to be sent to their Atelier in France which took six weeks and their expert appraisal said it was normal wear and tear?!? I collected my unwearable trainers yesterday which have not even been repaired.! So now I’m in the hands of Solicitors and citizens advice to try and get a refund. Do not buy Dior B30 trainers as you will definitely regret it ! The quality is extremely poor as you can see in the photos.
