  Myself, my fiancé and my maid of honour came into the store today to sort out our wedding tuxedos, and all I can say is WOW! The staff were so welcoming and made us feel completely at ease from the moment we walked in. I honestly can’t thank Mo enough. He spent nearly 3 hours with us, and nothing was ever too much trouble. His knowledge and expertise really showed, and he took the time to make sure we had every part of our outfits exactly right. There were absolutely no pushy sales tactics, and although we are over the moon with our purchases, it was Mo’s customer service that really sold the experience for us. We couldn’t be happier and genuinely feel that we can trust both the company and the quality of the suits we’ve chosen. We’re now even more excited for the wedding! Thank you so much, Mo - you were fantastic!

  Very happy with the customer service received in store by Liam. Arrived not knowing my size, during a busy spell, and within a couple of minutes Liam was on hand to measure me and give me multiple options to try on and managed to get me an introductory offer in-store which was promoted online. Many thanks!

  Visited store (CT, kings Road, Manchester) yesterday with my 2 sons. Arron & Zeek (hope I got this right) helped us with a big smile, always recommending options, going up and down stairs for us probably 20 times with a big smile. This is the best experience I ever had in a CT store and I have been a customer for 20+ years. Just amazing. Thank you, can’t recommend enough.

  I bought 4 shirts online but unfortunately one had a loose thread and a small tear next to the button after a single day of wear. The other 3 have held up just fine about a month on. I attempted to contact the online store however there is no human contact available. After an extremely frustrating 20 minute wrangling with the AI which wanted me to upload a photo of the damage to the chat tool - *Which there was no option to do!!* - I was told a support person would be in touch. A month later nothing and i've not the energy to argue with a robot again. This after sales experience has convinced me never to shop here again.
