  I recently purchased a Freestyle Crew Vest from Canada Goose Manchester, and I had such a great experience. Emma assisted me, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. She made everything smooth and easy, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference.   Absolutely rude staff!! They think because I look like your normal average everyday low life, they judged me the way I looked as soon as I walked into the shop, but unfortunately they don’t know how much money I have or I was willing to spend. They should not judge a person as they walk through the doors! I will leave it there! It definitely made me feel uncomfortable!…..end of the day, I won’t lose sleep over it! Will buy from a different brand.

  Had a great time in the New Cathedral Street store, the team really understood what I wanted (Christmas gifts for family ) and I was so impressed with the customer experience part of shopping, specifically a lady called jackueline… She had such amazing knowledge of the brand and her attention to detail was great! We had our son with us and she was really good with him to. All of the above is not something I would say lightly, it felt natural, not too pushy, And I learnt so much about the brand! Hats off to whoever is doing their customer training, very pleased customer 😁😁😁

  What a great store, lovely people and great products. Daniel in particular went above and beyond in helping me to source a particular item that I required. Would highly recommend, not only Canada goose, but this store in particular!

  Personally liked the greenery it’s currently looking like a dental clinic and is unbearably hot to be trying on large winter coats. Staff are into you as soon as you walk in like they must make a sale, it’s quite uncomfortable. Staff had little knowledge on the coats and blamed it on he’s new and didn’t know, the stock was great but limited again the person serving me blamed it on the new store when the store has been open well over a year.
