  I had such a great experience at Alo Yoga Manchester today ! The staff were unbelievably friendly, knew the stock inside out, and were so helpful with recommendations. Even the cashiers had fantastic customer service skills - polite, patient and genuinely helpful. Such a welcoming store. I’m already looking forward to visiting the Alo again soon! Love love love everything about the store 🫶🏼

  I would like to make a formal complaint regarding my experience at the Alo store in Manchester today. I visited the store with my baby in a stroller and spent a considerable amount of time looking around and waiting for assistance. During my visit, none of the staff approached me, offered help, or acknowledged me as a customer. I felt completely ignored despite being present in the store for some time. The overall attitude of the staff made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. As a result, I left the store without making a purchase. What upset me most was the feeling that I was being judged rather than treated as a valued customer. After leaving the store, I felt humiliated and disappointed by the experience. I have always believed that every customer deserves the same level of respect and attention regardless of their appearance or whether they are shopping with a child. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide feedback regarding the customer service standards at this location.

  Rude, unhelpful and unkind staff. I thought the TikTok videos might have been over exaggerated for views but they wasn’t wrong after visiting myself. Give your staff customer service training or sack them and start again. Way to ruin a brand you’re trying to build.

  What amazing customer service, I was in the store about 5 weeks ago and spoke to a lovely Scottish lady Caitlin. She knows her stuff, she recommended trousers she was wearing and suggested the size I should buy. I bought them and have had them off. I popped in a few Sunday ago and spoke to a beautiful young person Ben, excellent customer service. I did nt buy anything that day but i will be back to pick up what he recommended. I am not an online shopper, I like going into your Manchester store, it’s friendly and the staff are so welcoming, they would do anything for you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
