  Went there this afternoon , TWICE. First time bought an array of products. Once we got to the tills , only 2 members of staff . I of which appeared to be doing the majority of work, ie processing customers . Unfortunately we got the other one who seemed more interested in chatting to other passing members of staff and customers. We witnessed her completly confusing and elderly customer , and spoke to her in a patronising manner when the lady was using her debit card. Then it was our turn, it turned into a juggling act , no method to her work. When we got home and checked , she had double charged us for various items , plus and extra bag. On returning to the store , fortunately she was not behind the till. Another member of staff ( HOLLY ), was completely the opposite , Well mannered , very professional and courtious . A credit to herself and TK Maxx. She checked the products against the reciept and refunded us the differance.

  Been a few times but hardly bought anything. Bought a golf shirt and 2 pairs of Skechers trainers for nearly half the price you get at normal stores. Good value goods at good prices.

  My husband and I had come to collect our furniture. Jess was extremely helpful and proactive about our collection.

  Horrible racist staff, especially Ange working at the changing rooms. She has not been taught basic manners and is extremely rude. Pointed and snapped "YOU GO IN THERE" as if she controls which changing room stall you can use. This had occured a couple of times before when I visited the store, and I ignored the low level behaviour, yet this time I had enough. Every single stall in the changing room was empty, and I said that I preferred to use another one. She shouted NO NO NO in my face like a mad woman. How stupid and unprofessional. Is that how you speak to customers? Racially motivated verbal abuse in an attempt to downgrade a customer is utterly disgusting. I reported Ange's behaviour to the store manager yet she seemed unbothered about the situation, saying she'd "have a chat with her and ask her why she does that." The manager then had the audacity to say "there is no point in reporting it online because it's going to come to me anyway." The manager did not appear to take my complaint seriously at all and wasted no time in going to another one of her colleagues to gossip right away. I would give this store 0 stars.
