  This was the worst shopping experience I’ve had\. I have spent well over £700 at TK Maxx Trinity in Bolton, so I was extremely disappointed when an item I purchased for £25 became damaged after being worn just once. Within less than two weeks, the fabric developed bubbles, despite the item never having been washed When I returned to the store to explain what had happened, both the staff and the manager repeatedly insisted that the item had been through the washing machine. They continued to make this assumption, despite me explaining that it had not.I found this very disrespectful, as it felt like I was being accused of lying. Considering how much I have spent in your store over time, I have no reason to be dishonest over a £25 item. My concern was simply that the product appeared to be faulty, and I expected my complaint to be listened to and treated fairly. I’m disappointed not only with the quality of the item but also with the way I was treated. What I do mind is being repeatedly told that the item had been through the washing machine when that simply wasn’t true. Customers deserve to be listened to and treated with respect, even when there is a disagreement.

  I shopped at this store for ten years! I have never returned anything not a single item until today... And what an absolutely disgraceful experience it was! The staff is extremely unfriendly and rude! They are not welcoming, even hostile and unpleasant! The manager fella is so rude and unprofessional it's unbelievable! The shoe I bought literally cut into my flesh, not skin. They are the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have ever bought. Even my steel toe safety boots are more comfortable! I walked in these shoes for about 15 minutes and had to return them because they are unwearable. The manager kept telling me it's not the manufacturer's fault, therefore he refuses my return! Well it turned out it was the manufacturer's fault! The padding on the right pair was actually missing at the heel. It was a manufacturer fault, but he didn't give me a chance to explain it because he kept insisting that the sole was worn off. Which was slightly of course from 20 minutes of walking outside does that to a pair of shoes, you don't need to be a genius to know that. Anyway I gave up on this store forever, I am not going to shop here again! Honestly I am not a Karen just a human being who was treated like trash! Awful customer service! What about the hundreds of items I bought and never returned? I could have spent that money elsewhere and I wish I had. I come into the store with my first ever return in ten years, and this is how I am treated... Awful store! Never again!!!

  TK Maxx Bolton is the most incompetent TK Maxx I have ever been to. There are more than 35 people in the queue, yet only two people are serving customers. The queue is moving extremely slowly. It’s like they don’t care about their customers. Every time you go there, you’ll spend 10 minutes choosing what you want to buy, then up to an hour waiting to pay for it.

  Good store to shop but I’ve almost waited 20 mins at the till even though the queue was small. Either the tills need updating or the workers. They are so slow it’s unbelievable. JD and other stores you get seen a lot quicker and they have one till. These lot have 8 with 1 worker.

  If i could i would give it 0 stars. I still cant belive i bought some trousers for 18 pound but I didnt know it said 2 piece so they scammed me. But if that wasn't enough i tried to return it and they refused and said i had to bring the 2 piece. They tried to SCAM ME BY RIPPING OF THE TAG TO GET RID OF THE EVIDENCE.I even told them to check the camera with the time,date but of course they didnt want to check the evidence.NEVER GO HERE!!. COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!
