  Been going there for ages and they newly revamped Matalan in Luton! The store has had a massive recent refresh and it looks so much more modern, bright and inviting now really well done. The layout feels fresher and easier to navigate, with updated signage and a much more contemporary feel throughout. They’ve got a great selection of new autumn stock in already plenty of cosy knitwear, jackets, layers and seasonal pieces for the whole family. I was especially impressed with the expanded home section; there’s a brilliant range of bedding, home accessories, décor and practical bits that make it a true one-stop shop for clothing and homeware. The new changing rooms are a big improvement clean, spacious and much nicer to use. Checkout is super quick and easy thanks to the express self-service kiosks, which really speeds things up. Staff were friendly, helpful and on hand when needed without being pushy. There’s a massive car park with plenty of parking spaces, so no stress finding a spot even when it’s busy. Great value as always from Matalan, with quality clothes for women, men and kids plus home essentials at prices that won’t break the bank. Highly recommend popping in the new look store is a real improvement and a pleasure to shop in!

  I visited the store today for the first time in a while, i got chatting to a member of staff and ask if they had recently had a refurb , to which he confirmed. The store was looking really lovely, i must compliment the staff , i had the pleasure of taking to two of them , one male and one female , i didnt get their names , i just want to say, you both made my day . you placed a smile on my face. both friendly and so complimentary. A clean, simple layout and really nice change in seasonal clothing.

  Normally ok, but undergoing a refit so a lot of stock missing. Hopefully after the refit the gents clothing lines will be increased

  Very affordable with a wide range of clothes and household appliances and accessories I think that some of the materials used aren't exceptional but they do what they need to do

  Not been into Matalan for quite awhile. 10% of 'almost' everything! As with most shops, the prices seem to be creeping up - lovely cardigan for £40! Plenty of choice and stock. Children's clothing had some lovely autumnal pieces. Staff welcoming and tidy, organised store. 👍🏼
