- MSMandy S2 days ago1.0Staff stepped out for a smoke and then littered outside the boutique entrance. For a business selling luxury watches and premium service, this felt disappointing and out of step with the standards you would expect. Attention to detail and professionalism should extend beyond the showroom floor. Expensive watches, but rather cheap behaviour.
- ABAvnish BahlMay 16, 20261.0Went into the liverpool store on a weekend to look at some Tudor it was an empty store the model i wanted was not there but the SA made no effort to engage i then asked if i can try a similar model he was busy looking into his computer all the time rather than explaining to me anything about the watch sometime i wonder if these people really wish to sell anything underwhelming to see how a beautiful accessory like a watch is dealt by people with no interest in it , shame .
