They sales people were supportive, friendly and helpful. They offered just the right amount of encouragement and opinion. We went in for 1 pair and came out with 4, had a great experience and felt happy.

Silas and Adam were really helpful and gave me a lot of time today and I really appreciate all the effort by the team. Saturday I just had a problem getting the lenses to fit but I'm going to have another look but I highly recommend you coming to the store. Thanks guys

Fariya and Subir were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I had an eye exam and dispensation of cycling and standard sunglasses at the Covent Garden store on the 12th May. They took the time to understand my needs - which are somewhat specific for the cycling glasses - and were patient as we selected the best frames and lenses. I highly recommend this store due to the subject matter expertise, range of stock, customisation options and the serene experience on the upper floor in contrast with Covent Garden's busy streets. Top work!

I’ve always liked this brand, which makes my recent experience at this store particularly disappointing. I now own three pairs of Oakley glasses, but after this visit I’ll seriously consider taking my business elsewhere. Things started well with a complimentary eye check. However, when I returned to exchange a frame I had purchased simply because it felt too heavy and thick, the experience quickly deteriorated. The two staff members I dealt with, Subir and Janet?, became noticeably rude and unhelpful. My follow-up emails were completely ignored, and to make matters worse, when I came to collect my replacement glasses, she started laughing while I was trying them on. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, a very poor customer experience that doesn’t reflect well on the brand.

I have always wanted prescription sun glasses from Oakley. I have worn their normal glasses for some years and bought a new pair recently on a trip to the USA in May 2025. The guy said I could have my eyes tested and they would make me up prescription lenses, as I was only there for 5 days in LA, he said take the frames to London and they can do the same. I called Covent Garden in October but the staff were so unhelpful. I went into town in December and went into the shop to order them. Again not one was really helpful so I asked the security guard standing by the broken lift, who pointed me to the first floor stairs. They cost me £375 for the lenses. What a waste of money. I have kept them safe and was on vacation a few weeks ago and unwrapped them. I feel giddy when I wear them. They dont line up with my eyes. they are so strong. I dropped into an optician in Singapore who told me they are not quite my prescription. He said the people in Oakley are not qualified opticians so they are not always correct, prescriptions need adjusting for different lenses. I am now back and cant go to London for a few weeks but must say I have spent a lot of money and a waste of time. I could not wear my glasses on vacation without feeling ill and at least I took my old ones to wear. Please everyone going to this shop beware, once someone will give you the time and serves you, they say they offer 50% in sales emails sent at Christmas, when you get to the shop, they then offer only 20% off prescription lenses, saying the advert is general. They supply you with glasses that are wrong, charge a fortune that is because the person is not an optician. They charge a lot but service is not good.
