  Fantastic service. Recently purchased another strap for my Santos and had difficulties placing it on. Popped into store and a very helpful Peter helped me slot it in. Will be back to purchase my next piece.

  Their sales team is so stupidly strange, we walk around to browse and tell them we are just looking at display models for fun. Then a sales person, comes up to tell us “We have no steel watches for sale” that’s great buddy, nobody asked for a steel watch nor do we care

  Great experience at the Stratford store. The lady who helped me was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She resized my watch perfectly and made sure the fit was exactly right. The service was efficient but never rushed, and a really pleasant experience. Would definitely return.

  Fantastic experience at WoS - Westfield Stratford. You hear all sorts of horror stories about Authorised Dealers but my experience with this store was nothing short of excellent. I initially went in towards the end of February and was welcomed by Nadia who took the time to talk me through a couple of pieces I was interested in to celebrate a birthday. Nadia was incredibly knowledgable and showed me through various configurations. By chance, I popped into the store yesterday to enquire about another piece I was interested in and spoke to Rob who was a pleasure to deal with. I tried the watch on and we discussed adding it to my wish list. To my delight, they had it available which was completely unexpected. Rob immediately made my girlfriend and I feel at ease and the whole experience of buying my first Rolex was so special. The staff at this store are so attentive, professional and both Nadia and Rob made it such a memorable experience.
