  I visited this branch because it’s now my local AD, having just bought my first home in Walthamstow. I wanted to register interest in my dream Rolexes and pick up the new HydroConquest I’ve wanted to add to my collection since it launched. The team were amazing. It was easily the best experience I’ve had at a WOS boutique, or any watch boutique for that matter. Auste in particular was an impeccable representative of both WOS and Rolex. Her knowledge of Rolex, and of the other brands we discussed, made talking watches fun and genuinely informative. She was welcoming and friendly, and made the whole visit 10/10 from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all future watch purchases. If you’re looking for your first watch or your next addition, visit this branch and ask for Auste.

  Nice shop but wrong location. Staff on constant tea breaks, worse service than King’s Cross brass house. Security rude, better off on the doors for KFC. Will be removing my name from the Rolex waiting list ASAP.

  Had a terrible experience with Watches of Switzerland. First the watch I ordered wasn’t available and they didn’t let me know until I chased. Then the alternative I agreed wasn’t delivered to the showroom in the noted timeframe and again I had to chase. When I received the email to pick up up, I went to this showroom and they couldn’t release it as I didn’t have the original card details as the card had been stolen, so the order was cancelled, even though I had proof of purchase, ID, order confirmation and everything else to back up the purchase. One of the worst customer experience processes I have experienced and every touch point was a failure from them. If they didn’t have the monopoly on good watches I wouldn’t use them.

  I had the pleasure of working with Rob at the Rolex boutique within Watches of Switzerland, and the experience was exceptional. Rob was accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, and personable throughout the entire process. He made buying my wife’s dream watch a truly memorable experience, and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know him along the way. Thank you, Rob, for making such a special purchase even more meaningful!

  I’m very disappointed with the service at Watches of Switzerland in Westfield Stratford. When buying the watches, the staff were friendly and made us feel confident about the purchase. But the moment we needed help, the attitude completely changed. My friend’s watch strap jammed the next day, and instead of offering support, the staff didn’t care at all. They sent us downstairs to another shop and told us to sort it out online. No responsibility, no effort, no professionalism — especially shocking considering we had just bought the watches a day earlier. This experience has completely changed my view of the brand. Very disappointing. Never ever going to step foot in this place again.
