  Too my tag in for a battery and service. Took over 3 months. Went in today to collect was told i missed an appointment at 10am that I was not informed was a fixed appointment. They then would not give me my watch. Saying I needed to make another appointment. Beware intansigence.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Watches of Switzerland Stratford and would genuinely rate the service 10/10. Auste looked after us during the purchase and was exceptional from beginning to end. She took the time to show me the watch properly, explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and guide me through the buying process without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What stood out most was how warm and attentive she was throughout the whole experience. I also really appreciated the way Auste looked after my wife and made sure she felt included and comfortable as well. Buying my first Rolex was a very special moment for me, and having my wife there made it even more meaningful. Auste understood that and helped make the whole occasion feel personal rather than simply transactional. A special thank you also to Lena, who initially contacted me about the watch and gave me the opportunity to come in. I am very grateful to her for thinking of me and arranging everything so smoothly. The whole team made this milestone genuinely memorable, but Auste in particular deserves recognition for the care, professionalism and personal attention she gave us. She made the final part of the journey feel relaxed, exciting and special, and it is an experience both my wife and I will remember for a long time. Thank you to Lena, Auste and the Watches of Switzerland Stratford team for making my first Rolex purchase such a wonderful experience. I would happily recommend this store to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring service.

  Phenomenal service and attentiveness. Signed up for my dream watch (226570) back in March and got the call from Danny a month ago to pick it up. My partner joined me in the store who also ended up purchasing a Tudor Clair de Rose. Many thanks to Danny and the team for making it a memorable experience!

  They will never sell you a Rolex. Never. Pointless waiting lists. Anyone with a pinch of self respect won’t go near their showrooms. I’m done with this waiting list drama. Moving on..
