  Start to finish absolutely wonderful service.. we really struggled to get my sons size wonderful security gentle man opening door , Mo reserved all stuff for us to pick up and ready , Mr Meysam was excellent provided all information for more items we needed. Love this store and will be visiting soon. Thank you

  ⭐ 1/5 I visited the North Face store in London outlet recently with my family and had a genuinely uncomfortable experience. From the moment we walked in, a young blonde lady at the corner of the counter kept staring at us as if we were there to steal something. A South Asian staff member also stared at us with his eyes wide open, acting as though he owned the place. A simple smile and a welcoming attitude would go a long way — especially toward paying customers and who are literally keeping the business running. Staring down customers like they're suspects is not how you treat people. If you don't have the basic skills to be a decent store clerk, maybe it's time to step aside. There are plenty of hardworking, decent people out there who would appreciate the opportunity and treat with respect and dignity. @NorthFace, please sort out the staffs.

  The behaviour of the staff in this store is absolutely unacceptable. My husband wanted to try on a jacket but decided not to as there were 2 jackets in the one jacket that were bound together, so he put it back. Then as me and my husband were exiting the store, the cashier/salesman aggressively called us from the back of the store and stopped us to say that ‘the reason the jackets are bound together, is to prevent stealing’. My husband then asked him what he meant and the cashier started speaking in an accusatory tone, implying that he was going to steal it, despite the fact that my husband had already purchased stuff from the store worth £300. To make matters worse, the security guard outside pointed directly at me and my husband and proceeded to shout and yell at us. When we asked for their names and whether we can speak to the manager, we were denied both because they ‘aren’t obliged to do that’. Their behaviour towards us was solely discriminatory as me and husband are both visibly brown and Muslim and were the only people in the store who were stopped. My husband and me will never come to this store again and want to advise others against it as well, especially on a Monday between 6-6:30PM as the staff will ruin your experience and perception of the brand in general. The fact that despite the many complaints under mine about the behaviour of the staff in this branch, the staff still remains the same is absolutely astounding and frankly unacceptable. North Face needs to be more aware of their staff and take accountability for this disgusting behaviour, especially when multiple people have had the same exact complaint from the same staff from this same branch. Incredibly disappointing. They need to do better for their customers.
