  Very rude staffs, they have a staff threating customers, looking at dangerously. I have asked manager to come and complain him - I have asked manager his name to speak with him by his name ; he shouted why you are asking my name? Definitely stay away from this shop, North Face Management Team needs to remove these dangerous gang from their shop. They are not trying to sell products, they treat like a mafia :)

  Wembley store -Noor and Emmanuel were very attentive, friendly and helpful had a pleasant experience in store because of them. :)

  I bought a jacket from this store, and felt bullied into buying it, I tried to blank out the attitude, but ended buying something over priced and more importantly a jacket that I quickly realised I did not want.

  Pathetic customer service always in attitude does not want to help customers specifically the black tall man at the door. I would just recommend going in and checking everything yourself and avoid talking to anyone.
