- PPpaulAug 21, 20264.0The actual store i have no issue with they were great the only issue I have is after buying glasses I have to pay another 200 to beable to use them when both companies vision express and sunglass but are owned by the same company Not everyone has the same vision so its unfair on people with different vision to pay out again just to be able to use the glasses which you pay alot for I had to pay extra to get rayban to give me lenses with rayban written on lenses which if I didn't I would of lost warranty on them

- AWAnna WoolfsonJul 30, 20261.0Terrible customer service. Refused to return a pair of unworn glasses I purchased one week before. Staff were so incredibly rude and unhelpful even when I purchased them. I will never buy from sunglasses hut again I reached out to the customer service who were beyond unhelpful and hard to get through too.
- TLTomas LedgardJul 28, 20265.0A big thanks to Elias at the London Wembley Designer Outlet shop for his help to work through my faulty purchase.
