  I visited TK Maxx in Uxbridge today 02/10/2026 and had a very upsetting and distressing experience. After purchasing my items and paying for everything at the checkout, I left the store. As I walked out, the security alarm started beeping loudly because the barcode/security stickers were still attached to some of the items, despite the fact that I had already paid for them. What made the situation even more upsetting was that two male customers in the store started calling me a “thief” without knowing what had happened or having any evidence that I had done anything wrong. I was shopping alone and was extremely shocked, embarrassed, stressed and disheartened by the way I was treated. The store staff did not accuse me of anything and, as I had paid for my purchases, the situation was resolved. However, being publicly called a thief by two complete strangers was humiliating and frightening. I believe customers should not be subjected to accusations like this based simply on a security alarm, especially when there was no evidence of wrongdoing. I would like TK Maxx to take this incident seriously, review what happened and consider how situations like this can be handled so that customers are not put through such distress in the future. I left the store feeling very upset and now feel anxious about shopping there again. I hope the store management will look into this incident and provide an appropriate response. I could not take the person picture who accused me I want the store to provide from the cctv footage I want to report this since I am stressed heartbroken embarrassed after this incident I feel so much broken I cannot step out again for shopping .

  Went in yesterday and was waiting for 20 minutes in the queue and with only two workers on the till the queue was going all the way onto the shop floor. Two staff members came by and simply just watched and left. I was next in line when the Asian worker told me to come here as if I’m a dog and then proceeded to completely disregard me whilst she asked a nearby shopper how she was. It’s appalling you’ve got people working like that in customer service. Spoke to the manager and said she couldn’t give a name but will be taking this further because you simply cannot treat people this way.

  varity of choices as always 60% less on original price.But had some bad experince long back purxheasd New balance trousers for £30 and after few wash logo disappered and the material got so bad they started to form cotton small balls .Never belived that it was genuine Product.
