  I used to love New Look, unfortunately an unpleasant situation in store has put me off coming to this location. They allowed a queue jumper, even when I addressed it, staff still proceeded with serving them first. The first staff lady asked if there was anyone who needed a parcel collecting to resolve multiple requests in one go. The lady in the queue behind me stepped forward which was fine, but turns out it was a price request which she then paid for instead of parcel collection. The first staff lady should have sent her back to the queue instead of allowing second staff Izzy proceeding with her payment, especially when I addressed that she skipped the queue. Izzy who took the payment just said I didnt know and proceeded to serve this person who skipped. This happened today 19/08/26 at approx 17:23 . Extremely frustrating

  they lie about keeping stuff by - asked to keep some items by for the next day and the lady at the counter said its fine but her colleague who looks like a Karen with blonde hair kept complaining. when we came back the next day they said oh no we couldn’t keep it by as its on sale - but then why lie to me and waste my journey back in again? avoid at all costs

  Old women with short blonde hair is awful. Why work in a store knowing very well you will serve customers? You willingly applied to work here? She is so miserable and unhelpful! It cost nothing to be polite. You actually choose to be rude for no apparent reason… which is concerning. Store is dirty and run down. Think it needs a good clean and possibly staff training or new staff.

  Utterly disappointed. I purchased two tops and was asked for my email address which I spelt out to the assistant. Unfortunately I didn't receive the email receipt. I went to exchange one of the tops for the next size. I provided the date, approximate time of purchase and my card details. The two staff members could not find the transaction so they could bot do an exchange. They asked me to return later that day when the manager would be in which I was unable to do. Now I have to make a special trip into Uxbridge to get this sorted. It's just very poor customer service - all staff should be trained to deal with issues such as mine.
