- MZMateusz ZychFeb 25, 20261.0Absolutely the worst experience, would not recommend. My partner and I went there to buy our wedding rings. At first, everything went perfectly. We found the rings we wanted, paid for them, received a receipt, and were told we would need to wait four weeks because my partner needed a bigger ring size. That was completely fine. After five weeks, since it was already past the agreed time, we called the store to ask about our rings. We were told they had been there already, but no one had contacted us to let us know. So we went to collect them. When we arrived, we were unexpectedly told that we needed to pay. This was very surprising and made us feel embarrassed. I went to the bank across the road to check what had happened. The bank assistant confirmed that the payment had originally gone through. However, the goldsmith had not claimed the payment within two days, so the bank automatically returned the money to my account. I had not lost any money, but we were never informed about this situation. I was about to return to the shop to pay again when my partner received an email saying that our order had been cancelled and would be returned. This made us feel completely disrespected and embarrassed. Because of that email, we decided to go elsewhere to purchase our wedding rings. No one needs this kind of stress while preparing for their wedding. Definitely not recommended.
