I came into the shop with my best friend happy and proud to purchase this watch. I was a bit energetic and playful with my mate but asked to buy the watch. We sat down Adam wasn’t engaged at all. He even snapped when I was asking about the difference between the automatic and the manual and questioned if I was here to buy the watch of waste his time. He mentioned he had a busy day with proper customers and was utterly rude. Since I wanted the watch for a while I still went though with my purchase but for this reason alone. I was very deflated and disgusted with the service

We collected a watch that had under gone a complete repair and service. The result was a watch that looked as if had just been made. The watch was placed on the wrist of a a true gent and he was over the moon. Thank you Goldsmiths, Bhavini and Adam C. The service and attention to detail was impeccable as always. I would recommend this company who are part of the Watches of Switzerland Group to any one looking to purchase new items or have tired items rejuvenated. David
