  Very disappointing experience at the Goldsmiths store in Kingston. I regularly visit the Goldsmiths store in Canterbury and have always found the team there to be helpful, attentive and professional. I took one of my Omega watches to the Kingston store for a valuation, and Adam completed all the necessary paperwork for the appraisal. Unfortunately, a month passed without any update. I contacted the store on three separate occasions, and each time I was told that the valuation should be ready “by tomorrow”. We are now into the second month and I still haven’t received any response. In the end, I decided to sell the watch privately and completed the sale without wasting any more time. A very disappointing level of service from the Kingston store. There is significant room for improvement. 1 star.

  Unfortunately I’ve had a very unpleasant experience with Adam today. I am a student and I have been working hard over summer to buy myself a tissot prx. I came into the shop with my best friend happy and proud to purchase this watch. I was a bit energetic and playful with my mate but asked to buy the watch. We sat down Adam wasn’t engaged at all. He even snapped when I was asking about the difference between the automatic and the manual and questioned if I was here to buy the watch of waste his time. He mentioned he had a busy day with proper customers and was utterly rude. Since I wanted the watch for a while I still went though with my purchase but for this reason alone. I was very deflated and disgusted with the service

  I had an excellent experience at Goldsmiths in Kingston. Ryan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything about the watches without any pressure. His expertise made choosing the right watch much easier, and his friendly, professional approach really stood out. Outstanding customer service—I would highly recommend visiting Goldsmiths Kingston and speaking with Ryan if you’re looking for a new watch.

  On Sunday 05/07/2026 we were at Goldsmiths Kingston store, we were treated with the upmost courtesy by both Bhavini and Adam C. We collected a watch that had under gone a complete repair and service. The result was a watch that looked as if had just been made. The watch was placed on the wrist of a a true gent and he was over the moon. Thank you Goldsmiths, Bhavini and Adam C. The service and attention to detail was impeccable as always. I would recommend this company who are part of the Watches of Switzerland Group to any one looking to purchase new items or have tired items rejuvenated. David
