- PTPaul ThompsonAug 16, 20261.0The store Manager of the store has bad approach. I brought yesterday and realised the shirt was not fit for purpose. She told I have no consumer rights. Which I do have cumsumer rights. I had intended to buy a bag, but her attitude was totally wrong. Its not right!!
- KDKaterina DimitrovaJul 20, 20265.0I had an issue with a recent purchase, where a handbag strap was accidentally left out. Although the initial situation was disappointing, I want to thank Valentina, the Assistant Store Manager, and the team for the outstanding way they resolved it. Valentina was incredibly professional, kind and genuinely cared about making things right. She went above and beyond to restore my confidence in Armani Exchange, and I left the store feeling truly valued as a customer. Excellent customer service and a wonderful team. Thank you!
- SFSelina FanuelJun 6, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Armani store today. After purchasing a white hoodie and leaving the shop with my receipt, an employee followed me outside and asked me to return the item for another check. Despite showing both my receipt and proof of payment from my bank, I was treated with suspicion and made to feel like I had done something wrong. The situation escalated to the point where security was involved, which was both embarrassing and unnecessary. Yes, they apologised after, but the damage was already done. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. This experience was uncomfortable and unacceptable, and it has seriously affected my view of the brand. If this is their standard, they don’t deserve customers. Avoid at all costs.
