    Today I went to New Look in Kingston with my 6-year-old son. My son picked up a sweater from the rack and hung it somewhere else. A saleswoman there very rudely and threateningly told my little son to hang it where he took it from. My son came to me and started crying, very scared. I told the saleswoman that this was wrong and that I should have warned my child, and I demanded an apology. She very rudely said, "So what?" I got angry and started shouting and wanted to speak to the manager. Another employee came, I'm not sure if she was the manager, and even though she knew I was right, she tried to make me look wrong and rudely asked what she could do. I said she had to apologize to my son, and she did. So if you can't tolerate even a tiny child, go get treatment and don't work there. Learn how to treat children properly. I will never go to that New Look again, and neither should you!

    Went in today and staff at till were there having a private conversation between them two while another staff member was alone checking out customers. The two there chatting weren’t even helpful enough to direct customers to the correct area for queuing up

    My partner had brought an item of which she had asked if it was refundable if she wanted to bring it back; as she was outfit matching. Understandably I accept that on some promotional items within shops you cannot return for a refund, of which is why she specifically asked being that it was a promotional item and made a point that it’s a promotion item. I was also there and asked Noah myself also, the cashier Noah said we are able to. Whether he said that because he was trying to rush through or what I am unsure but we have come in to return said item and been told now that it’s only exchangeable for another item. She doesn’t want anything else in this shop right now, but we have also been told that we can’t have it in store credit or a gift card either. I wouldn’t mind if we hadn’t of asked but the only reason she brought the item was because we were told we are able to return it for a refund. The chap is nice enough but very annoyed at the fact we were lied to, whether intentionally or not. UPDATE: Got served at the till again and been told he had gotten it wrong after spending 20 mins trying to find something else. Even more annoyed now to be quite honest.
