And whilst they say they have massive savings on labels… this is not a store I can imagine myself buying anything in. Only go in if you have money and time to browse the endless aisles of clothes and things and mostly clothes. Make a day of it.
- ZAZ AdiJul 20, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at TK Maxx Romford today. I was returning one item and buying another, but the whole transaction took around 48 minutes. I have been shopping at this store for many years and have never experienced anything like this before. The cashier, who was a blonde lady the third cash on the left of side, she served me at around 12:15 pm. When I politely asked why the process was taking so long, she responded rudely, saying it was because I was returning an item. She did not apologise or explain the delay. After waiting for such a long time, I told her to leave the purchase because I no longer wanted the item. She then told me that if I spoke to her like that, she would not serve me. I repeatedly said that I needed to leave, but she replied that she needed to take her time. My children were with me and kept asking if we could leave, which made the situation even more stressful. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had at TK Maxx. I was shocked by the poor customer service and the rude attitude. I hope the store looks into this matter so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
