  Most of the times i succeed to buy nice office clothes and casual clothes. I find it a bit to expensive but i like to go when it is sale. Then suddenly they can sell clothes for half of the price. I normally dont deal much with staff. Sometimes they to busy chatting but most of the staff are very friendly and helpful

  store is clean and tidy. the staff are always friendly, although i heard a manager shouting across the store to her staff in a very disrespectful manner. i didn’t get her name but it wasn’t acceptable the way the staff member was being spoken too.

  Busy in the car park but some spaces. You get your parking fee refunded worth your bill, so keep your receipt.

  Parking is cash only pay and display. Machines are very old. Staff at matalan mentioned it’s 20 mins free parking but I do not see that mentioned anywhere on car park signs so not taking the risk.
