- MDM. D.Sep 30, 20261.0I am shocked by the way TKMax staff behaved. I was carrying an antique English bowl, which was clearly old bought from a charity shop. I explained that it belonged to me and that I had brought it with me. However, a female staff member in the fitting room was incredibly rude and repeatedly questioned me about where my receipt was, insisting that I had purchased it from TK Maxx. She also claimed that TK Maxx does not sell antique items and that I could not have bought it there. She then threatened that I would have to pay for it. I told her to check the CCTV cameras, which would clearly show that I had entered the store carrying the bowl, along with a scarf in my pocket. This was an extremely unpleasant experience. I am a long-standing customer, and this kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable. This employee should not be working in customer service if she treats customers in this manner.
- VSVictoria SmithSep 24, 20261.0There is not enough customer services!! About 2:55pm today - I waited in a queue, about 10 people waited. Only two customer services there, we were so annoyed because they sorted out of their refunds. We waited about 10mins! Awful and waste of my time. I just left a fleece throw there and I left so quick. I will never come to this shop again. What a
- DPDeepa PAug 11, 20264.0Good store overall. However, the clothes were quite unorganised and the space between the two racks was very narrow, making it difficult to browse comfortably. We didn’t bother spending much time in that section. We did find some nice accessories at good prices near the cashier, though.
- TITterram IjnusJul 22, 20264.0Store is ok, prices could be better. Shoes section limited.
- NCNic CarstensJun 19, 20263.0It has great stick but the insane que (not Kew) will put you off, frustrating to find every time I go just one person behind the till with a long wait. On most occasions TBH I give up and dump the stuff and go. If it were better staffed at the till I would say 5 star, just give yourself lots of time and hope the person in from is not doing a big return!
