  It has great stick but the insane que (not Kew) will put you off, frustrating to find every time I go just one person behind the till with a long wait. On most occasions TBH I give up and dump the stuff and go. If it were better staffed at the till I would say 5 star, just give yourself lots of time and hope the person in from is not doing a big return!

  I would like to leave a special review for Nilo at TK Maxx Richmond. She provided outstanding customer service and helped me completely resolve my issue. She was patient, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. Everyone at TK Maxx is so friendly and welcoming. I always enjoy shopping there, and honestly, it feels like a place where I can relax and take my mind off the stress of everyday life. I would also like to mention the manager, who is absolutely lovely. She is kind, approachable, and always makes me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Thank you, Nilo, the manager, and the entire team for creating such a positive shopping experience. Your excellent customer service keeps me coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars!

  A big store. Great bargains to be had. Not so good is, the muddled nature with which the clothes are hung on rails. I realise this is the standard format of all TK Maxx stores. However, looking at clothes bunched up on hangers, can be extremely off-putting, with a store of Staines branch's large size.

  Very disappointed with my experience at this shop yesterday. I saw a pair of glasses displayed in the cabinet with a price label of £59.99. After asking a member of staff if I could try them on, she agreed. However, when I checked the actual price tag on the glasses themselves, it stated £99.99. I questioned the price difference and was told that a colleague “must have moved the item.” While I understand mistakes can happen, the incorrect display price was not my fault as a customer. I explained that, as a manager for another retailer, when pricing mistakes happen in-store, we are expected to honour the displayed price as part of good customer service. During the discussion, another customer overheard the conversation and commented that they agreed with me and that this shop had apparently done similar things before and “never honour anything.” That alone was concerning to hear. Overall, the situation felt misleading and was handled very poorly. Customers should be able to trust the prices clearly displayed in-store without being made to feel like they are in the wrong for questioning them. To make matters worse, as we were leaving the store, the staff member was discussing the situation with another colleague and security at the door while staring at us as we walked out. I found this extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Photo attached below clearly showing the display sign stating £59.99 before the glasses were then removed from the shop floor.

  Absolutely Amazing Store, the most organized I have ever been in. The staff was helpful. The cashier who served me was Absolutely splendid. Her name was Musta (I probably spelled it wrong and I am sorry, but truly an amazing worker). Recommend it.
