- LLLondonMar 31, 20261.0Terrible company ! I contacted North Face as the wheels on my £300 suitcase have disintegrated despite very little mileage. They do not offer repairs so my expensive suitcase has ended up in landfill. This is SO bad for the planet ! I tried to repair it myself but the wheels are riveted on so it is impossible. I will never buy from North Face again !
- KKKevinAug 28, 20231.0Useless staff. I just got in right now to find some gear I need and the staff stays behind the till speaking to each other. I made multiple hand gestures towards them to get help as I needed help finding an item but nobody moved they kept talking to each other. The store was empty I was the only customer here. I needed hiking shoes and a backpack and I leave with nothing. I went to the Battersea store earlier and it was the same sort of behaviour from the staff. Quit hiring people like that
