  I had a wonderful experience at Watches of Switzerland. Jess and Omar were incredibly welcoming and kind, made me feel at ease, offered me drinks, and let me try on different Rolex watches. I was delighted to find that the Rolex Explorer was available and to be able to buy it. Jess was extremely knowledgeable and had plenty of great advice. Fantastic service — thank you!

  Good experience overall at WoS. Shoaib was friendly and helpful throughout the process and kept me updated when he could. There was a very slight delay with my order, but I appreciated the professionalism and customer service. Thank you

  Weak communication and very disappointing customer service. I placed an order for next-day collection at the Brompton Road branch (47–51 Brompton Road). I even spoke with customer service beforehand, and they confirmed that the gold ring had already been delivered to the store. However, when I arrived, the staff refused to give me the ring because apparently nobody knew who was responsible for the order. I called the store twice, but no one seemed to care or take ownership of the issue. The whole experience was chaotic , they spent a long time searching for the ring, sent me downstairs, then sent me back upstairs again. This is not the level of service I would expect from a luxury jewellery brand. It honestly felt like they were treating customers as if they were selling ordinary retail items rather than high-value gifts. Because of this delay and lack of professionalism, I lost the opportunity to give the ring as a gift. Goldsmiths customer service advised me to speak with the store manager regarding compensation, but the manager completely refused and simply blamed Goldsmiths instead of trying to help. If I cannot gift the ring, I will return it and I honestly do not see myself shopping with this brand again , especially not this branch.
