  I recently collected my watch from the showroom, and I couldn't be happier with both the watch and the overall experience. A huge thank you to Ash for his outstanding customer service throughout. From the very beginning, he was warm, welcoming and professional, keeping us updated along the way and making the whole experience feel truly special. Collecting such a special watch is a moment you'll always remember, and Ash made the occasion even more memorable with his attention to detail, genuine enthusiasm and five-star service. Nothing ever felt too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. Thank you once again to Ash and the whole team. I absolutely love my watch and look forward to visiting again in the future.

  I visited the Omega boutique to purchase a Speedmaster 38, and unfortunately the overall buying experience was quite disappointing for a luxury brand of this level. From the moment I entered, I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer. I was not offered a seat, nor was I offered even a simple glass of water during the process. I tried the watch and informed that I wanted to purchase it, still no seat or refreshment offered. The sales associate, Aslan, mentioned that he will surely include some gifts with the purchase. However, after completing the payment, this was forgotten and I had to remind him about it. Eventually, I was given only a cap. More importantly, the watch functions were not explained at all. I was not shown how to adjust the date, and the required date adjustment knob was not included in the box. Overall, the process felt a lot rushed after the payment had been done. I had to make another trip back to the boutique the following day, which was inconvenient, especially considering this should have been covered during the original purchase experience. Thankfully, I met Rafiq, who completely changed the experience. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain the watch functions properly and informed me about the missing date adjustment knob and gave me one. Was also offered a seat and drinks. He realised the mistake his colleague made and tried to rectify, but the initial experience had already left a negative experience.

  Great first experience, however went back to get the wrist strap resized, and was told by the lady to come back in 20min, came back in 20min and told by a man that they don’t alter omega straps, and I have to go next door to the omega boutique, the lady was present too. Went to the omega boutique, was told that watches of switzerland do omega strap resizing as well, and they did not have anyone available at the omega boutique. Wasted 20min, had a passive aggressive response from the man at watches of switzerland with the wrong information, felt like we were bounced from one boutique to another. Not the professional behaviour expected and will definitely not come back to this location again.

  My account manager, Masoumeh, is the epitome of service with a smile. There's never any sense of being rushed or pushed through the process. Instead, she takes the time to ensure every detail is handled properly, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. We can always have a good chat while completing the transaction, and it's a lovely touch to finish a watch purchase with a glass of bubbly. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and always on the ball, but Masoumeh consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit a pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
