  A massive thank you to Jermaine for helping my wife and I purchase one of our dream watches to commemorate a special achievement. He made the entire experience so fantastic and went out of his way to help us with the decision. His customer service was second to none and made the day even more special for us. Would highly recommend and thank you again!

  Overpriced, staff aren’t friendly apart from security guards (they were very good!) Wouldnt recommend this place unless you want to be overcharged like crazy for simple services

  Unprofessional Service and Poor Communication from Sales Associate Pang- I had a very disappointing experience with Watches of Switzerland, specifically with a sales associate named Pang. Communication became extremely poor; my calls and messages were repeatedly ignored, and I later realised I had effectively been removed from his contacts, as my messages were no longer going through and I could no longer see his WhatsApp profile. This was particularly concerning as this is the same number he originally provided to me when I purchased my first Rolex in May 2025, and he had been using it to share Rolex availability. His WhatsApp profile image is the Rolex logo, which clearly presents it as a business contact rather than a purely personal number. When I finally reached him by calling from another number, he stated that this was his personal number and that he no longer wanted to use it for work, claiming it was interfering with his personal life. However, this does not appear consistent, as I have an alternative number where his WhatsApp profile image and status remain visible as before. He also incorrectly claimed that I had been frequently changing the models I was interested in, which is not true. I confirmed my preferred model months ago and have simply been waiting for updates. Overall, the lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing, especially given the reputation of the brand. I would expect a much higher standard of customer service.

  Dropped in to check out a Rolex and was warmly welcomed by the team. A special shout-out to Pang, who was exceptional throughout the entire experience. I was offered, and ultimately purchased, a Rolex Sea-Dweller that I’d had my eye on for quite some time. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable, making it a memorable purchase. Highly recommended.

  My first visit to WoS was an experience to remember. After getting married last month, my wife and I wanted to begin the process of purchasing a timepiece to commemorate the occasion. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the team and were seated straight away before being introduced to Clara. After taking the time to understand what I was looking for, Clara carefully selected several styles for me to try on. She then helped me narrow down the options, discuss specifications, and register my interest in a couple of pieces. Clara made the entire experience enjoyable and memorable. Her product knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and genuine understanding of my needs made me feel truly valued as a first-time customer.
