  "Do not trust Watches of Switzerland. They sold me a watch that broke within months. When I brought it back under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they illegally refused to take it, claiming a 'staff shortage.' Meanwhile, I watched the staff ignore me so they could crowd around new buyers to chase sales commissions. They treat you like garbage if you bought a Tissot instead of a Rolex. Total breach of consumer law and disgusting, greedy customer care. Avoid this place at all costs!"

  Wonderful shop. Tremendous selection and customer service. I had a very enjoyable appointment with Luke earlier this month, and purchased a less well known piece that is something of a hidden gem. Luke was very easy to talk to and very knowledgable about watches. He helped answer a number of questions I had lingering from my research. I left with a wonderful watch that I wear with great joy. I look forward to returning and building a small collection in time.

  Visited this store many times for many reasons. Never a negative experience. Each time I visit, I’m always welcomed by a member of staff with a warm attitude and a big smile. You really don’t see much of that nowadays… Staff are always polite, well-mannered, patient and interactive. Again, goi don’t see much of that nowadays… When making a purchase there’s never an attitude of impatience by the staff. If anything, I’m the one watching the time but then they offer more complimentary drinks… can’t really resist. A few memorable names over the years include Jermaine, Niki and a lovely chap called Luke. All three of them are a credit to the store and it would truly be such a shame if any, let alone all three left! Will be back soon… you can “count” on it… haha!

  Daniel knew we were sweaty day tripping tourists who couldn't buy allocated watches and yet treated my wife and I so kindly and let us try on a few watches that helped us decide what we want while my two year old threw socks. What a prince.

  I visited WOS on Saturday for an appointment with Luke to purchase my 30th birthday gift, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel so welcome. The entire team was incredibly friendly, warm, and personable, creating such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Luke was absolutely fantastic. He took so much time and care to guide me through the different watch sizes, patiently answering all of my questions and never once making me feel rushed, despite my indecisiveness! His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel exciting and special. I eventually left with a beautiful Cartier watch that I absolutely adore, but what I’ll remember just as much is the exceptional experience that came with it. Buying a watch to celebrate such a milestone birthday is something I’ll treasure forever, and Luke made the whole occasion feel truly memorable. Thank you to Luke and the entire team for making my 30th birthday gift purchase so special. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I can’t wait to return in the future.
