Absolutely stellar service by all the colleagues in the store. I had a couple of pieces in mind that I wanted to see how well I would like them before I decided to purchase. I had no intentions of making a purchase today however the staff was attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable. Upon entrance I was greeted and welcomed by a number of people and they pointed me in the right direction to find the pieces I could look at. Although they did not have them in stock, Joe was very helpful in showing me some other pieces that may be appropriate. He took the time to chat with me and most importantly I did not feel awkward. Definitely a very pleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone who's looking for that special watch to purchase.

Mariam was a credit to the store and company, from the second I arrived the experience was personal and I was taken care of. Delighted with my Panerai and I look forward to continuing my watch journey with the Mariam and the team.

Have previously had bad experiences with WoS (made to feel like I should be lucky to be given the opportunity to spend money on watches and recently had a watch scratched)... But this was at different branches and my experience at Knightsbridge were completely different. From the moment I came in, dressed casually/scruffily and wearing an old Seiko MM300 and baseball cap I felt valued and welcomed - most notably by Lance but also another young (to me anyway) man who got me a nice cold drink. Lance sought to get me a watch I'd been waiting for elsewhere and I visibly saw him out the effort in and within a day I was messaged to say the watch was secured. I had regular contact and he was professional, friendly and a credit to the organisation. Thanks to Lance and the Knightsbridge branch for renewing my faith in the WoS group (even though it's miles from where I live I will choose this branch in the future).

2 weeks later after I finally got my first order cancelled and I am still awaiting for a refund. You can try calling the store 100 times maybe they answer once. If they do answer, they don't have a resolution and don't understand what is happening. Promised a call back that never happened. Avoid this place.

I walked into Watches of Switzerland without an appointment and was shown two Rolex Datejust models—the Wimbledon dial and a black dial, both two-tone. While these specific configurations aren’t the hardest to find, it was still notable as no other Rolex store in London had any 41mm Datejust available at the time of our visit. I eventually ended up purchasing both the watch there. The staff were generally helpful, though the overall experience felt similar to most Rolex boutiques—polished but somewhat snobby in attitude. Overall, decent availability and service, but the in-store experience could be warmer and more welcoming.
