  We have had the pleasure of dealing with Ciaran on several occasions and the level of service has always been exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and genuinely passionate about watches, which makes every visit both enjoyable and informative. What sets Ciaran apart is the time and effort he puts into building relationships with his clients. He takes the time to understand your preferences, makes thoughtful recommendations and never makes you feel under pressure. Communication is always excellent, both in person and afterwards, and he consistently goes above and beyond to provide a first-class experience. Visiting the Canary Wharf showroom always feels welcoming and special, and much of that is down to Ciaran’s approach. He is a real credit to Watches of Switzerland and I would highly recommend seeking him out if you are considering a watch purchase.

  Unfortunatelly I will buy the watches straight from the official dealers next time. Although I was a costumer with them, when bought a cartier, my second experience was not so good. Firstly I don’t think they should take an expensive watch to adjust it at the back. I wanted to change my longiness from the big model to the small one but they told me it was scratched although I only wore it to go home after I purchase. I doubt my wrist could cause a scratch in the 15’ on my way home and cannot not doubt how the handled it when they adjusted it. Now I am stuck with an expensive watch I do not want. Not really happy with their costumer service either.

  A truly five-star experience at Watches of Switzerland, and that’s largely down to one person — Alessandro Albano. Mr. Albano guided me through the entire process with expertise and warmth: helping me choose the right watch, getting it sized to fit perfectly, and explaining everything along the way. He also made sure my partner and I were comfortable throughout, offering drinks and making the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than pressured. What stood out most is that the quality of service was flawless even though I was buying an entry-level watch. That says everything about Alessandro’s professionalism and the standards of this store. I’ll absolutely be back — and I’ll be asking for him again.

  Excellent service from Alessandro Albano at Watches of Switzerland. The whole experience was delivered to a very high standard. Alessandro was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. His attention to detail and customer service made the process smooth and enjoyable. Really appreciated the level of expertise and would happily recommend both Alessandro and Watches of Switzerland.
