  I cannot recommend Watches of Switzerland highly enough. From the very first conversation to collecting the watch, the entire experience was nothing short of extraordinary. I walked into the store with what I thought was an impossible dream: surprising my fiancé with his very first Rolex as a wedding gift. I had no idea there was a waiting list of around 36 months for the exact model I wanted, and honestly, I thought my plans were over before they had even begun. Then I met Basit. From the moment I explained what I wanted to do, Basit listened, understood just how special this gift was, and simply told me not to worry. He reassured me every step of the way, kept me updated throughout the process, and somehow achieved what I genuinely thought was impossible—he sourced the exact Rolex I wanted in just two weeks. His professionalism, dedication and genuine care made me feel like this wasn’t just another sale. He understood the significance of what this watch represented, and he went above and beyond to help create a once-in-a-lifetime moment for us. I also have to mention Aaron, who was absolutely fantastic. I brought my fiancé into the store under the pretence of “just browsing” so he could try on a few watches without suspecting anything. Aaron played along perfectly, helping us discreetly while making sure my fiancé never suspected a thing. His kindness and attention to detail made the whole surprise possible. Because of Basit and Aaron, this experience has become part of our love story. It’s now woven into one of the most meaningful moments of our lives. On our wedding day, I’ll get to watch the man I love wear his dream watch for the very first time as I walk down the aisle to marry him. That memory is something we’ll treasure forever. Luxury isn’t just about the product—it’s about the people and the experience. Basit and Aaron delivered both in abundance.   Amazing staff, very knowledgeable and welcoming. Was a pleasure and great experience to buy a Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 from this store ! The lady that helped me was really nice and helpful with all questions and details regarding the watch, sorry that i forgot the name 😁 Cannot wait to be back for other purchases

  Since my previous Rolex AD left the company, Shemar has taken over my account and honestly the experience has been amazing from the start. She has been so patient, not just with me but with my whole family as well, and has always treated us with genuine kindness and respect. She makes every visit feel welcoming and personal, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and the experience they have. It’s rare to come across someone who is both so professional and so warm at the same time.
