Working with Avtar at Watches of Switzerland on Fenchurch Street was a fantastic experience. He was tremendously helpful, patient, and flexible in helping me acquire my new timepieces. He provided an impressive level of professionalism while maintaining a personal touch. He consistently went above and beyond, and the customer service was exceptional. Thank you !!

Poor service from Daniel in Rolex. Sold me a Rolex I didn't want, and said he would get me a GMT. Gone quiet since, just says 'nothing has come in' and its been 5 months.

I met Daniel at Rolex who was nice a first. However, he was very pushy for me to buy Insurance with my Datejust and said he would get me a steel sports model next. However, he has since started to ignore my messages, despite me taking the insurance which I didn't need!

Trevor was able to find a beautiful Rolex for my fiancé, just in time for our pre-wedding dinner at the venue. The recipient was lost for words and I will definitely be back for our next purchase.
