  When I stepped into The Watches of Switzerland at Knightsbridge, I had no idea that my dream of getting a Rolex for my husband's 10th Father's Day will finally turn into a reality…. With mixed feelings of faith and uncertainty I went inside, and was attended by the Deputy Manager whom I will be indebted to, forever…, “Mr GURSHAM ROHTIA”…. My gratitude knows no bounds….his first impression was so kind and warm, he greeted me very well and made an effort to listen to me by sitting down across the table where he can then attend me in detail…This shows his greatness, that he genuinely cared to at least attend me rather than judging and dismissing at first …Then when I told him about the watch I was looking for and the special occasion, he understood it and assured me that he will try his best…It was so gracious of him to offer me tea/coffee… he went an extra mile to talk to his manager and made some calls about the watch’s availability on the same day….all these gestures showing how incredible he is….just one week before the occasion when he called to inform me that the watch is coming on Thursday, he ensured to tell me everything that was required so that the purchase goes smoothly on the day….this shows his attention to details, preparedness and diligence. Even on the day of purchase, he explained us about the features of the watch through his knowledge, and told us about warranty and insurance covers etc. Buying our first Rolex was a big milestone for us. Thank you Mr Gursham, for making it so wonderful, comfortable and a memorable experience. Your endeavors to make it possible in a short span for our special occasion was truly exceptional. Rolex is defined by its precision, heritage, and luxury—and your supreme retail experience reflects those very same values. Thank you for treating me with such high regard and for making this milestone truly special. I am more grateful than you will ever know. I look forward to staying in touch for future milestones! I highly recommend this boutique for their top-tier customer service.

  I hate leaving 1 star reviews especially from a company I’ve happily bought so many watches from, but in this place I feel compelled to. I have bought many Watches from Watches of Switzerland online in the USA. During a short interval before my flight out of London, I saw that a Watches of Switzerland brick and mortar store was half a km from my hotel. I went online and browsed their selection and saw they had a Parmigiani Fleurier watch in the dial color I had been wanting forever. I went to buy the watch online, and noticed they offered same day delivery in some cases. I also noted the $500 gift card for being a watch online promotion. As they were closing in a few hours (and my wife was sleeping and I didn’t want to leave while she was out) I called the store and asked if I bought the watch online, if they could just have someone run it over to my hotel. They said they could, but asked me to purchase the watch over the phone so they could make sure it got handled. It was a $33k usd watch, and even though I typically get around 20-30% off of MSRP on Parmigiani at AD’s in the USA, I felt it would be rude to ask for a discount given the extra service so paid full MSRP. My saleswoman was very friendly and professional and ran the watch over to my hotel, and all was fine. A day later I checked on the status of my gift card, and was told since I bought the watch on the phone, I was not eligible for the gift card. I reminded my saleswoman that I had actually called to confirm if I bought the watch online they could still same day deliver it, and she was the one who prompted me to purchase it on the phone with her. She rechecked with her manager and the answer was still no. I’m absolutely flabbergasted. I would have bought multiple watches from this store in future trips (I stop in London for a day or two every time I commute from Abu Dhabi to Houston) and love to buy watches. I’m never going to buy a watch from WoS again. I do not think they’ll care, they’re a huge company and they won’t notice my lack of business, but there are so many other AD’s to choose from that customer service is what makes and breaks a relationship. I don’t even care about the $500 gift card anymore, I wouldn’t accept if they called and offered my double as an apology. The gift card was literally 1.5% of the purchase price of the watch, negligible, it’s the principle of the matter. shame!

  Well the experience overall was good. Got the watch that i wanted. Was attended by Shaz who was respectful, polite and helpful throughout the purchase. Just that a day after when i made the payment and the purchase was complete, they took the watch away for the strap adjustment (which took a very long time) and there was no one to attend to me which felt a bit strange and disrespectful. Probably the hospitality only lasts till the purchase is made.
