  Had the most pleasant experience of buying a watch at the Knightsbridge outlet of Watches of Switzerland. Shehzad Waheed the sales person made us feel very special and was quick to grasp our preference and helped us make the right choice .

  Alex was incredibly knowledgeable about the timepieces and took the time to truly understand exactly what we were looking for. He nailed our preferences perfectly! He was highly professional, striking the perfect balance between being attentive to our questions and giving us the space to browse comfortably without any pressure. A very pleasant, sharp, and helpful professional—highly recommend asking for him!

  Do not ever buy anything in this watch shop very very dishonest ppl and they are selling lots of damaged and used products.

  I booked an appointment and was greeted by Shaz, who showed me the Tissot Gentleman 38mm. He was very polite, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions. My main concern was getting the right fit for my wrist. After purchasing the watch, they adjusted the bracelet for me there and then. I was so excited with my new watch that I left the store and went back to work, but after wearing it for a while, I realised it was a little too tight. I texted Shaz to explain the issue, and after work I went back to the store. He kindly took my watch to the watchmaker downstairs and readjusted the bracelet for me, and it now fits perfectly. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and really grateful to Shaz for being so helpful and accommodating. A great experience from start to finish!

  Extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at Watches of Switzerland, Knightsbridge (Brompton Road). I visited the store with a genuine interest in purchasing a Rolex Explorer II and was considering both the black and white dial versions. I made it clear that I was a serious buyer, was ready to place a deposit, and was willing to proceed with the purchase as soon as the watch became available. The sales associate who initially assisted me was professional and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely when the manager became involved. Despite expressing my clear intent to purchase the watch, I was not even offered the opportunity to register my interest or join the waiting list. What made this experience particularly upsetting was the feeling that I was being treated differently from other customers. As an Indian customer, I left the store with the strong impression that my interest was not taken seriously and that I was unfairly dismissed without any reasonable explanation. Luxury retail is built on customer service, professionalism, and respect. Regardless of nationality, ethnicity, or background, every customer deserves to be treated equally. Being denied even the opportunity to register my interest, despite being ready to commit financially, was both disappointing and humiliating. I hope Watches of Switzerland investigates this matter seriously and ensures that all customers receive the same level of respect and consideration. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store.
