  Very disappointing experience, especially for what was supposed to be a special 30th birthday gift. I purchased a Longines watch from this store on 28 September, spending almost £2,000, specifically as a birthday present for 1 October. I deliberately chose to purchase it in-store rather than online because I wanted to make sure everything was perfect before giving it as a gift. Had I purchased it online, I could even have received a £150 gift card, so I expected the in-store purchase to come with the reassurance of a properly checked and working watch. Today, on the birthday, we came into the store to have the bracelet adjusted, only to discover that the watch battery does not work. I find it extremely disappointing that a nearly £2,000 watch was sold without the basic functionality being checked beforehand. When you purchase a luxury watch as a gift, you expect it to be fully working and ready to use. The solution offered was to send the watch away for repair for around two weeks. Unfortunately, that completely defeats the purpose of buying it as a birthday gift — the recipient is now left without the watch on their birthday, despite it being purchased several days in advance. I understand that faults can happen, but the fact that a new watch was apparently not checked before being sold, and that the proposed solution is to send it away for two weeks, is extremely disappointing. I expected much better service and attention to detail when spending almost £2,000 on a luxury watch.

  I was looking to get a 41mm multi-colored (will be my first purchase ever). The sale assistant lady was so helpful and told me it might take some time to have the watch as it was a new dial. She helped me with the registeration and hopefully I will be getting it by 2027. The gentelman with a glasses at the door was also really helpful.

  Very calm and casual but professional atmosphere. Associates are well trained on the product lines I came in to buy one model of Tissot watch and the associate brought an additional watch model style for me to consider and I purchased the watch with gratitude that she recommended. She was well trained in the watch and guided me in becoming familiar with the functions. Additionally I asked about a competitive discount and it was granted by management to my satisfaction. You will enjoy your experience there.
