From popping in over the years I got to know most of the staff individually and they have always been so helpful with a great knowledge in their own preferred brands. Asim helped me get a nice piece for my mother who was over the moon and had my heart set on a watch myself and he was so professional and helpful in helping me get something I really liked along with Luke also with great background knowledge and his passion of memorabilia which I love too. Looking forward to my next purchase and being a long standing client. Thanks Wos

I arrived 10 mins before closing asking if they can book my watch in my a battery replacement and they said I’d have to come back tomorrow, since they were closing at 6 instead of 7. Abysmal
