- JJJamieSep 20, 20261.0Would love to be able to put 0 star but unfortunately you can’t, the sheer audacity of the employee “Edward” is beyond belief, to ask a client/customer if they need help with anything to be polielty told were ok at the moment thank you, then to get a response of “Oww just wishing then are we followed by a chuckle” appalling customer service, this response was 100% based on the appearance of myself and my partner as we come in very casual wear, if he’d took the time to actually look past what we were wearing and looked at our wrists he would of noticed we don’t need to “wish” and are infact existing clients
