This was my first time visiting a Rolex boutique and from the first moment I stepped inside I was greeted with friendliness, enthusiasm and professionalism. Rahul took his time helping me make an informed choice and explained everything in great detail. I left having made an informed decision and am greatly looking forward to continuing my Rolex journey with this dealership.

- AAAnonymousAug 4, 20263.0Nice boutique, but staff seem a bit arrogant. I have a 6 figure spend history with Watches of Switzerland, albeit from other boutiques. I was passing by this store and thought I'd take a look to see what they had. Greeted at the Rolex door, the security asked me to remove my cap. I thought it was just for the camera initially and asked when I could put it back on - they said I couldn't. I've never had this at any other boutique. To clarify, I will wear whatever I want. If on future occasions I am not allowed to and refused entry, then so be it. What if I was wearing a burka and niqab? Would I be refused entry then? Upon entry, I was greeted by an employee who initially started the conversation, as I started to talk, she then looked down at her tablet and began writing an email to somebody so did not appear interested after all. I then went across to the Tudor boutique (separate store but also part of WoS) where I had a much better experience, no arrogance towards what I was wearing (I wore my cap) and made genuine time and effort with me. No doubt I will just get a scripted reply to this review which will say something along the lines of "please email us" but that does not provide a solution.
