After trying some shoes in the store here I caved in and ordered 2 pairs of their Ibiza pack premium authentics to check which size fits me better however I received them both defective so I returned them and was advised to place a new order. This new shoes arrived with the same defect and after contacting the customers service I was blacklisted because my account had resellers flags??? Because I wanted to try different sizes??? And returning them? After that I contacted the customers service again in which case they literally laughed in my face and refused to do anything about it so I’ve contacted the bank already. How can this even be legal…

I've now bought three different styles of Vans, all having the same quality control issues. One style by a Nigerian skate group had to be exchanged three times. I don't even wear them and will warn anyone about the lack of quality in the soles of the shoes! Massively disappointed as I've had to superglue shoes worn once or twice.

I was interested in a pair of classic slip-on Vans that I had seen online, so I went to the store the day before to check them out in person. Unfortunately, the store entrance was blocked off because of an event that evening. I plucked up the courage to ask the staff on site, and they were incredibly helpful. They let me into the store and helped me find the pair I was looking for.
